• Starter: R149,00 per user per month, tax included. Includes CRM, Invoicing, Forms. Annual billing: R1 162,20 per user per year.
• Core: R199,00 per user per month, tax included. Includes CRM, Invoicing, Forms, Connect. Annual billing: R1 552,20 per user per year.
• Enterprise: R799,00 per user per month, tax included. Includes Custom apps for your business. Annual billing: R6 232,20 per user per year.

How annual billing is calculated

Annual billing is 35% off twelve monthly payments. The full annual amount is the amount billed for the year, not a monthly payment. Prices shown here are in South African rand and include tax.

• Five Starter users: R745,00 monthly, or R5 811,00 for a year.
• Five Core users: R995,00 monthly, or R7 761,00 for a year.
• Five Enterprise users: R3 995,00 monthly, or R31 161,00 for a year.

Trial and free access

The website offers a 14-day workspace trial with no credit card required to begin.

The guest invoice builder remains available without an account. A free account enables branding removal and saved documents. A paid workspace plan and a free invoice account are different access options.

Custom apps and purchase details

Enterprise covers custom apps for your business. Agree the applications, delivery scope and any project-specific commercial terms with Wazi before purchase. This documentation does not add a delivery commitment, SLA, migration promise or unlisted discount.
