What is included?

CRM is included in Starter and Core. It provides a place for leads, contacts, companies and deals. Forms are included in both plans; Connect is included in Core.

Start with a customer record

  1. Sign in to the workspace you intend to use. Check the workspace name before adding data.
  2. Create or select the appropriate company and contact. Check for an existing record first.
  3. Add the enquiry or deal and its owner, stage, amount and expected close date where applicable.
  4. Keep the record and agreed commercial details current as the work progresses.

Move from customer work to invoicing

An agreed deal is not proof of payment. Review the customer identity, agreed scope and billing stage before preparing an invoice. Use the invoicing guide to check the document and exported PDF. In the signed-in workspace, open a company record and choose Create invoice to carry its client details into the invoice builder. Review those details before saving.

Permissions, imports and integrations

Account access and permitted actions depend on the workspace. Confirm the role needed for imports, exports and record changes before using real data. Ask Wazi about the required file format, available integration and migration scope before moving a large dataset. This guide does not promise a particular import duration, automatic synchronisation or recovery service.
